2018 Municipal & School Board Elections for the City of Thunder Bay

Dear Candidate and Potential Candidate:

Municipal Elections are conducted in accordance with provisions on the Municipal Elections Act, the Municipal Act, the Assessment Act and the Education Act. The City Clerk is the Chief Returning Office and is responsible for coordinating all facets of the Election.

Paper copies of the Municipal Elections Act and other Acts can be obtained from Services Ontario Publications located at 777 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario 1-800-668-9938/1-416-585-7485 or can be found on-line at www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/
